Proxmox Virtual Environment

Add your datastore to Proxmox VE (PVE) as a new storage. Then PVE can back up your VMs and containers to it.

Add the storage

Log in to your PVE server. At the datacenter level, open Storage, click Add and select Proxmox Backup Server:

Copy the values from the Credentials modal on your datastore page into the form:

Create a backup

Open a VM, create a new backup and select the new storage:
